- Start your day with 20 minutes of exercise and a ‘purple’ smoothie.
- Be on time (be early).
- Be a celebrator of other people’s achievements.
- Stop watching TV.
- Finish what you start.
- Remember that your diet affects your mood so eat like an athlete.
- Spend an hour at the end of your day without stimulation (no phone, no FaceBook, no noise)
- Write in a journal every morning. And record gratitude every night. And don’t forget to list your achievements 😉
- Make the choice to let go of your past. It’s dusty history that pollutes your future.
- Commit to being “amazing” at your work.
- Smile more (and tell your face).
- Stop gossiping (average people love gossip; exceptional people love ideas).
- Do a nature walk at least once a week. It’ll renew you.
- Take on work no one else will take on. Set goals no one else will do.
- Say “sorry” when you know you should say “sorry”.
- Say “please” and “thank you” a lot.
- Remember that to earn more you need to learn more. Read more and listen more.
- Achieve 2 little goals each day. In 12 months this habit will produce 728 little goals which amounts to a massive improvement in your life.
- Write thank you notes to your customers, teammates and family members.
- Breathe. Often throughout the day.
- Keep your promises.
- Always speak the truth no matter the circumstances.
- Remember that ordinary people talk about their goals. Extraordinary people get them done quickly.
- Remember that you get what you focus on. Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want.
- Know your values. And then have the guts to live them–no matter what the crowd thinks and how the herd lives.
- Become the fittest person you know.
- Become the strongest person you know.
- Become the kindest person you know.
